Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 tbsp diced jalapeños
- 1 green onion
- 1 cup shredded mexican cheese blend
- 8 corn tortillas
- cooking spray
Steps
- Set the air fryer to 400 F.
- Chop the jalapeños and green onion into small pieces.
- Mix the chicken, taco seasoning, cream cheese, jalapeños, green onion, and Mexican cheese in a bowl.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet for 30 seconds per side.
- Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll tightly.
- Spray the taquitos with cooking spray and air-fry in batches for 8 to 10 minutes until crisp and heated to 165 F.
