Ingredients
- 1 lb red potatoes
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 1/2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- minced fresh parsley or chives to garnish (optional)
Steps
- Cut the potatoes into 1-inch pieces and toss them with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and rosemary.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 F for 3 minutes.
