- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 5/8 oz package taco seasoning mix
- 3 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 container (8 oz) sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Steps
- Heat the oven to 375 F and grease a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with cooking oil.
- Cook the macaroni in salted water for 7 minutes, drain it, and set it aside.
- Brown the ground beef in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat for 8 minutes, until it reaches 160 F.
- Stir in the tomato sauce and taco seasoning, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix the macaroni, beef sauce, and sour cream in the baking dish, then top with cheddar and Parmesan.
- Bake for 15 minutes until hot and the cheese is melted.
