Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup strawberry pie filling
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and grease an 8-by-8-inch baking pan.
- Mix the butter, brown sugar, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt into a crumbly dough.
- Press two-thirds of the dough into the prepared pan and spread the strawberry pie filling over it.
- Whisk the sour cream, sugar, flour, egg, and vanilla together.
- Spread the sour cream mixture over the filling and crumble the remaining dough on top.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, then cool before cutting.
