Ingredients
- 8 oz goat cheese
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1/2 lb fresh strawberries
- 1 large ripe peach
- 1 1/2 tbsp fresh chopped/sliced basil
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1/8 tsp fine sea salt
- 2 naan flatbreads
Steps
- Heat the oven to 400 F.
- Simmer the orange juice, sugar, vinegar, and salt in a small pan for 6 minutes, then cool it slightly.
- Stir the goat cheese, cream cheese, and honey together, then spread the mixture over both naan flatbreads.
- Top the flatbreads with sliced strawberries, peach, and basil.
- Bake on a baking sheet for 10 minutes, drizzle with the orange glaze, and cut into pieces.
