- 1 round loaf of bread
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 2/3 cup quality mayo
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 2 1/2 oz fresh baby spinach
- 2 1/2 tbsp chopped green onion
Steps
- Cut a round opening in the bread loaf and remove the center.
- Chop the spinach and green onion, then shred the carrot.
- Stir the yogurt, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and dill in a bowl.
- Fold the spinach, carrot, and green onion into the creamy mixture.
- Spoon the dip into the bread bowl and chill it for 5 minutes.
