Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F with a 10-inch oven-safe skillet inside.
- Whisk the eggs, sourdough starter, milk, sugar, salt, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
- Melt the butter in the hot skillet and swirl it across the bottom.
- Pour in the batter and bake for 12 to 14 minutes until puffed and set.
- Remove the pancake from the oven and let it cool for 2 minutes.
