Ingredients
- 2 cups barbecue sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tbsp garlic
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/4 tsp salt (optional)
- 4 lb baby back pork ribs
Steps
- Stir the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne, and salt in a bowl.
- Coat the ribs with half the sauce and place them in a slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on High for 2 hours 40 minutes, until the ribs reach at least 145 F.
- Heat a grill to medium-high, brush the ribs with the remaining sauce, and grill for 5 minutes per side.
- Rest the ribs for 5 minutes before cutting them apart.
