Ingredients
- 5 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 5 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- 1 lb large shrimp
- 1 large shallot
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 zucchini
- to taste kosher salt and ground black pepper (optional)

Steps
- Whisk sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce, and chili garlic sauce in a small bowl.
- Cut the zucchini into noodles, and mince the shallot and garlic.
- Heat neutral oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then cook the shallot and garlic for 2 minutes.
- Add the shrimp, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper, and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until the shrimp reach 145 F.
- Add the zucchini noodles and sauce, then toss for 3 to 4 minutes until tender and coated.
