Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon filet
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- green onions
- salt and pepper (optional)
- 1 tbsp ginger root
- 1/2 tsp sriracha
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 lime
- 1 1/2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Steps
- Heat the oven to 400 F and place a large foil sheet on a baking sheet.
- Whisk the ginger, garlic, sriracha, honey, lime juice, olive oil, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Place the salmon on the foil, season with salt and pepper, and spread the sauce over it.
- Fold the foil into a sealed packet and bake for 25 minutes.
- Open the packet carefully and bake for 5 more minutes, until the fish reaches 145 F.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
