Ingredients
- 1 lb smoked salmon
- 1 small onion
- 3 1/2 potatoes
- 3 1/2 beets
- 4 carrots
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
Steps
- Peel and grate the cooked potatoes, beets, and carrots separately, then chop the onion and eggs.
- Spread the potatoes in a deep 9-by-13-inch dish as the first layer.
- Add the smoked salmon and onion, then spread on a thin layer of mayonnaise.
- Layer on the carrots, beets, and remaining mayonnaise.
- Top with the chopped eggs, cover the dish, and chill for at least 60 minutes.
