Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 6 tbsp salted butter melted
- 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- salted chopped peanuts (optional)
Steps
- Beat the peanut butter, softened cream cheese, and confectioners' sugar in a bowl until smooth.
- Whip the cream, white sugar, and vanilla in a separate bowl until firm peaks form.
- Fold half of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until evenly blended.
- Spread the filling into the 9-inch prepared crust and smooth the top.
- Chill the pie for 15 minutes, then spread the remaining whipped cream over it.
