Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 6 tbsp peanut butter powder
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter
- 170 snap pretzels
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 8 oz white chocolate
- sprinkles (optional)
Steps
- Mix the peanut butter, powdered sugar, peanut butter powder, and butter until a thick dough forms.
- Press small portions of filling between pairs of pretzels to make 85 bites.
- Chill the assembled bites for 15 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips and vegetable oil in 20-second microwave bursts, stirring between bursts.
- Dip the bottoms of the bites into the melted chocolate, then chill for 10 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate, drizzle it over the bites, add sprinkles if desired, and chill for 5 minutes.
