1 cup salted or honey roasted peanuts
3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup canola oil
2/3 cup real maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup milk

Steps

Heat the oven to 300 F and line a 9-by-13-inch baking pan with parchment.
Stir the oats, peanuts, whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
Warm the peanut butter, oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and milk in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
Pour the warm mixture over the oat mixture and stir until evenly coated.
Press the mixture firmly into the pan and bake for 25 minutes.
Cool the granola in the pan for 2 hours and 30 minutes, then break it into clusters.
