Ingredients
- 4 skinless salmon fillets
- 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup finely shredded parmesan
- 2 1/2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- salt (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large egg
- 4 slices lemon
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F and lightly oil a baking sheet.
- Beat the egg in a shallow bowl, then mix the panko, Parmesan, parsley, and garlic powder in another bowl.
- Brush each salmon fillet with egg and press the crumb mixture over the tops.
- Place the fillets on the baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until they reach 145 F and flake easily.
- Serve each fillet with a lemon slice.
