Ingredients
- 24 regular oreo's
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 4 packages (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 large eggs
- 30 regular oreos
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 7 regular oreos
Steps
- Heat the oven to 325 F.
- Crush 24 Oreos, mix them with melted butter and salt, and press the mixture into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat the cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, heavy cream, flour, and vanilla until smooth, then mix in the eggs.
- Fold 30 crushed Oreos into the cheesecake batter.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, until the center is set and the eggs are fully cooked.
- Cool the cheesecake for 10 minutes.
- Whip the remaining heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla, spread it over the cheesecake, and add the last Oreo cookies.
