Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp finely grated lime zest
- 6 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 pinch salt
Steps
- Melt the butter and stir it with graham crumbs, brown sugar, and salt.
- Press the crumb mixture into an 8-inch square pan and freeze it for 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, condensed milk, lime zest, lime juice, and salt until smooth.
- Beat in the heavy cream until the filling thickens slightly.
- Spread the filling over the crust and freeze for 20 minutes, until softly scoopable.
