7 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
16 oz cream cheese
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Steps

Mix the cookie crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
