Ingredients
- 30 g mushrooms
- 240 g chestnuts
- 3 challots
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- 500 g wild mushrooms
- 2 tblsp soy sauce
- 125 ml white wine
- 350 g lasagne sheets
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1/2 handful sage
Steps
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the shallots, garlic, rosemary, mushrooms, and chestnuts in oil for 10 minutes.
- Pour in the wine and soy sauce, then simmer for 8 minutes until most of the liquid evaporates.
- Boil the lasagne sheets in salted water for 6 minutes, then drain them carefully.
- Heat the oven to 400 F and spread the mushroom mixture over the lasagne sheets.
- Roll each sheet tightly and place the rolls seam-side down in a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the rolls with breadcrumbs and chopped sage, then bake for 18 minutes.
