Ingredients
- 3 tbsp / 45 g unsalted butter
- 8 oz / 250 g philadelphia cream cheese
- 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp / 240 g nutella
- 1/4 cup / 65 ml heavy cream
- 1/2 cup / 30 g icing sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1/3 cup / 80 g nutella
- 3/4 cup / 185 ml heavy cream
- 2 tbsp / 25 g sugar
Steps
- Melt the butter and divide it among 12 small cups.
- Beat the cream cheese, 3/4 cup Nutella, icing sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whip 1/4 cup heavy cream until thick, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon the filling into the cups and chill for 10 minutes.
- Whip the remaining heavy cream with the sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Top the cups with whipped cream and the remaining Nutella.
