- zucchini noodles or broccoli (optional)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Steps
- Mix the ricotta, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt in a small bowl.
- Cook the ground beef in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat for 6 minutes, breaking it up until it reaches 160 F.
- Stir in the marinara sauce and simmer for 3 minutes.
