- 2 slices daiya cheddar style
- 1 fresh jalapeño
- 2 1/2 tbsp pickled jalapeño slices
- 1 1/2 tbsp vegan buttery spread of choice (optional)
Steps
- Spread the cream cheese style spread over one side of each bread slice.
- Layer the cheddar style slices, fresh jalapeño, and pickled jalapeños on one bread slice, then close the sandwich.
