- 1 cup cold water
- salt and black pepper
- 1 lb zucchini
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp regular soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic
Steps
- Cut the zucchini into thick half-moons.
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté, heat the oil, and cook the garlic for 1 minute.
- Add the zucchini, water, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Seal the pot and cook at high pressure for 1 minute.
- Quick-release the pressure and serve the zucchini hot.
