1 cup unsalted chicken stock or high-quality unsalted beef stock
1 1/2 tbsp regular soy sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
2 bay leaves
1/4 tsp dried rosemary

Steps

Season the beef with salt and pepper, peel the garlic, and quarter the onion within 10 minutes.
Heat the olive oil in an Instant Pot on sauté mode, then brown the beef for 10 minutes.
Add the garlic, onion, stock, soy sauce, bay leaves, and rosemary to the pot.
Seal the Instant Pot and pressure-cook on high for 45 minutes.
