Ingredients
- 3 3/4 lb country style ribs
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 cup cold water
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp coarse kosher salt
- 2 tbsp regular soy sauce coarse kosher salt
- 2 tbsp brown sugar or honey (optional)
- ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup 1 cup bbq sauce
Steps
- Season the ribs with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the vinegar, water, and soy sauce to the Instant Pot.
- Cook the ribs on high pressure for 30 minutes.
- Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then vent the remaining pressure.
- Brush the ribs with one-half to one cup barbecue sauce.
- Broil the ribs on a baking sheet for 10 minutes and check for at least 145 F.
