Ingredients
- 8 oven-ready lasagna noodles
- 2 3/4 cups tuscan chicken
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 1/3 tsp kosher salt
- ground black pepper
Steps
- Mix the ricotta, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread some Tuscan chicken in the bottom of a 6-quart Instant Pot, then layer noodles, ricotta, chicken, and mozzarella.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Pour 1 cup water into the pot around the lasagna, seal the lid, and cook at high pressure for 25 minutes.
- Let the pressure release naturally for 15 minutes, then release any remaining pressure.
- Check that the thickest part of the poultry reaches 165 F before serving.
- Rest the lasagna for 10 minutes before cutting.
