Ingredients
- 5 bone in skin on chicken thighs
- 1 pinch salt (optional)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 garlic
- 6 cloves garlic
- 4 slices lemon (optional)
- 1 handful green onions (optional)
Steps
- Heat the oven to 400 F and place the chicken thighs in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
- Whisk the honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and crushed garlic in a bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and cover the dish with foil.
- Bake for 35 minutes, then remove the foil and spoon the sauce over the chicken.
- Bake uncovered for 15 minutes, until the chicken reaches 165 F and the skin is browned.
