1 whole chicken

Steps

Whisk the soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, dry mustard, lemon rind, lemon juice, ginger, and seasoned pepper in a bowl.
Pat the chicken dry and brush it with half the glaze.
Heat a covered grill to 375 F, leaving one side clear for indirect cooking.
Place the chicken breast-side up over indirect heat and grill for 50 to 60 minutes.
