Ingredients
- 0.75 lb Ham (diced)
- 2.5 lb Potatoes
- 0.75 lb Broccoli
- 6 oz Cheddar and shredded cheese
- 4 oz Sour cream or plain yogurt
- 1 oz Butter
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F, scrub and prick the potatoes, and bake 55 minutes.
- Steam chopped broccoli 4 minutes.
- Cut the potatoes open and mash the insides with butter, sour cream and salt.
- Stir in ham, broccoli and most of the cheese and pile back into the skins.
- Top with cheese and bake 8 minutes.
