Ingredients
- 6 large boiled eggs
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- freshly ground black pepper to taste (optional)
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 clove pressed garlic
- 1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro leaves (optional)
- 1/8 tsp salt (optional)
- smoked paprika to sprinkle over the top
Steps
- Peel the boiled eggs, cut them in half lengthwise, and remove the yolks.
- Mash the yolks in a bowl with the lime juice, onion powder, garlic, salt, pepper, and cilantro.
- Spoon the yolk mixture into the egg white halves.
- Sprinkle the filled eggs with smoked paprika and chill for 10 minutes.
