Ingredients
- 2 ribeye steaks
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp minced fresh rosemary
- 3/4 tsp minced fresh garlic
Steps
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper, then let them rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Mix the butter, rosemary, and garlic in a small bowl.
- Heat the grill to high, about 450 to 500 F.
- Grill the steaks for 4 to 6 minutes per side, until they reach 145 F.
- Top the steaks with rosemary butter and rest them for 5 minutes.
