Ingredients
- 2 small chicken breast
- 2 tbsp hot sauce
- salt and black pepper
- 5 cups lettuce
- 1 cup cucumber
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup red onions
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch red crushed pepper
- salt and black pepper to taste (optional)
Steps
- Heat a grill to medium-high, about 400 F.
- Coat the chicken breasts with hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the chicken for 5 to 6 minutes per side, until it reaches 165 F.
- Toss the lettuce, cucumber, avocado, and red onion with lemon juice, olive oil, crushed red pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Rest the chicken for 2 minutes, slice it, and place it over the salad.
