2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup or more whole wheat flour
1/8 tsp salt
2 tbsp chopped candied ginger

Steps

Heat the oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with the listed oil.
