- 3 cucumbers
- 1 can (6 oz) tuna
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or 1/4 cup salad dressing
- 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 tbsp onion
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
Steps
- Halve the cucumbers lengthwise and scoop out the seeds, leaving sturdy shells.
