Ingredients
- 3 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups milk
Steps
- Whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
- Melt the cream cheese and butter in a saucepan over low heat, then whisk in the sugar, eggs, vanilla, and milk.
- Stir the wet mixture into the dry mixture just until combined.
- Heat a lightly buttered griddle or large skillet to 350 F.
- Pour about one-quarter cup batter for each pancake and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until bubbles form.
- Flip the pancakes and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
