Ingredients
- 42 oreos
- 2 lb cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 pinch salt
Steps
- Heat the oven to 325 F and line a 24-cup muffin pan with paper liners.
- Crush 30 cookies, press them into the liners, and break the remaining cookies into pieces.
- Beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth, then beat in the eggs and sour cream.
- Fold in half the cookie pieces, divide the batter among the liners, and top with the remaining pieces.
- Bake for 18 minutes, until the centers are set and the eggs reach 160 F.
- Cool the cheesecakes in the pan for 5 minutes before serving.
