Ingredients
- 2 cups cold 2% milk
- 1 package (3 2/5 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 tbsp confectioners' sugar
- 28 soft ladyfingers
- 1 1/4 tsp instant coffee granules
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 tbsp baking cocoa
Steps
- Whisk the cold milk and pudding mix in a medium bowl until thick, about 2 minutes.
- Beat the heavy cream and confectioners' sugar in a separate bowl until soft peaks form, about 3 minutes.
- Stir the coffee granules into the boiling water in a shallow dish.
- Dip half the ladyfingers briefly into the coffee and arrange them in an 8-inch square dish.
- Spread half the pudding and half the whipped cream over the ladyfingers, then repeat the layers.
- Dust the top with cocoa and chill or serve after the 20-minute assembly.
