Ingredients
- 22 oreo cookies
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 1/3 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 milk chocolate chips
- 6 tbsp heavy cream
Steps
- Crush the Oreo cookies, mix them with 3 tablespoons melted butter, and press the mixture into an 8-inch square pan.
- Beat the peanut butter, brown sugar, confectioners' sugar, 6 tablespoons butter, and salt until smooth.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture over the crust and chill it for 10 minutes.
- Melt the milk chocolate chips with the heavy cream in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Spread the chocolate mixture over the filling and chill the squares for 20 minutes before cutting.
