Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups non dairy milk
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp sugar or sweetener
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 good pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg
- 8 oz vegan chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Steps
- Blend milk, peanut butter, salt, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into six popsicle molds.
- Freeze the molds for 15 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second microwave intervals, stirring between each.
- Dip the popsicles in the melted chocolate and freeze them until the coating sets.
