  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup natural unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Steps

  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them into quarters.
  2. Add the eggs, milk, sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla to a blender.
  3. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes, scraping the sides once, until completely smooth.
  4. Divide the pudding into six small dishes and serve.
