Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas
- 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed coconut milk
- 1/4 cup dutch-process cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp unsweetened soy milk
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 5/7 oz dairy-free dark chocolate
Steps
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
- Blend the chickpeas, peanut butter, coconut milk, cocoa powder, soy milk, vanilla, and salt for 2 minutes until smooth.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals for 1 minute, stirring between intervals.
- Blend in the melted chocolate for 30 seconds.
- Chill the batter for 5 minutes before eating.
