Ingredients
- 300 g chicken breast
- 1 shallots
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp creme fraiche
- 3 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 100 g bacon
- 250 g mushrooms
- sprigs of fresh parsley
- to taste salt (optional)
- to taste pepper (optional)
Steps
- Cook the chicken in a covered skillet with a little water over medium heat for 12 minutes, turning once, until it reaches 165 F.
- Cool the chicken for 5 minutes, then chop it into bite-size pieces.
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat for 6 minutes, then drain and crumble it.
- Cook the mushrooms in the bacon skillet for 5 minutes, then cool them for 5 minutes.
- Whisk the mayonnaise, crème fraîche, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Stir in the chicken, bacon, mushrooms, shallot, and parsley, then chill for 5 minutes.
