Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing (optional)
- 1 lb penne pasta
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 3 tbsp parsley
- 1 batch cream cheese alfredo sauce
Steps
- Heat the oven to 375 F and grease a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with cooking oil.
- Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes, drain it, and crumble it.
- Cook the penne in salted boiling water until just tender, then drain it.
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in the skillet, cook the chicken for 5 to 7 minutes per side until it reaches 165 F, and chop it.
- Stir the pasta, chicken, bacon, ranch dressing, Alfredo sauce, and parsley together in the baking dish.
- Top with the mozzarella and cheddar, then bake for 15 minutes until the cheese melts and the casserole is hot.
