Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 package alfredo sauce or 1 carton of prepared alfredo sauce
- 1 package fresh cheese tortellini or 1 1/2 cups of dry cheese tortellini
- fresh grated pepper
- fresh parmesan cheese
Steps
- Season the chicken breasts with pepper and cook them in olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes per side.
- Check that the chicken reaches 165 F, then transfer it to a plate and slice it.
- Cook the tortellini in a pot of salted water according to the package directions, then drain it.
- Cook the garlic in the skillet over medium heat for 1 minute, then stir in the Alfredo sauce.
- Add the tortellini and sliced chicken, warm for 3 to 5 minutes, and finish with parmesan and pepper.
