Ingredients
- 14 oz french bread
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1/4 tsp salt (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
Steps
- Heat the oven to 375 F and slice the French bread lengthwise.
- Mince the garlic and stir it with the butter, fresh parsley, and salt.
- Spread the garlic butter over the cut sides and place the bread on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 minutes, then cover the bread with mozzarella, Parmesan, and dried parsley.
- Bake for 5 to 7 minutes more, until the cheese melts and browns lightly.
