- 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2 blocks cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tub cool whip
- 1 cup confectioner's sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 boxes (3 2/5 oz) instant butterscotch pudding
- 3 1/2 cups cold whole milk
- butterscotch or caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup butterscotch chips
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and grease a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with cooking oil.
- Mix the graham crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter, press the mixture into the dish, and bake for 10 minutes.
- Cool the crust for 15 minutes.
- Beat the cream cheese, sour cream, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla until smooth, then fold in the whipped topping.
- Whisk the pudding mixes and cold milk for 2 minutes, until thickened.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust, add the pudding, and cover with the remaining whipped topping.
- Drizzle with butterscotch or caramel sauce, sprinkle with butterscotch chips, and chill for 5 hours.
