Ingredients
- 1 cream cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
Steps
- Heat the oven to 375 F and lightly oil a 12-cup muffin pan.
- Stir the cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, cheddar, and shredded chicken together in a bowl.
- Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, add the filling, and cover each cup with a second wrapper.
- Bake the filled cups for 18 to 20 minutes, until the wrappers are golden and the filling is hot.
- Check that the thickest part of the poultry reaches 165 F before serving.
- Top the cups with the blue cheese crumbles and let them cool for 5 minutes.
