Steps
- Preheat the waffle iron and lightly brush it with cooking oil.
- Melt the chocolate chips with the butter, then whisk in the milk, vanilla, and eggs.
- Whisk the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and sugar in a large bowl.
- Stir the wet mixture into the dry mixture just until combined.
