Ingredients
- 2 naan flatbreads
- 2 tbsp melted butter or olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- 2 cups chopped broccoli florets
- 1 1/4 cups grated cheddar
- 2 1/2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F.
- Mix the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and basil in a small bowl.
- Place the naan on a large baking sheet and brush them with the garlic butter.
- Top the naan with broccoli, cheddar, and feta.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the broccoli is tender and the cheese is melted.
