Steps
- Preheat the waffle iron.
- Whisk the eggs, warm milk, melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Stir the flour, four tablespoons sugar, and baking powder into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Cook the batter in the waffle iron for 3 to 5 minutes per batch.
- Beat the cream cheese, yogurt, and two tablespoons sugar until smooth.
- Top the waffles with the fresh blueberries and cream cheese mixture.
